Due to the intimate nature of the fabrics used to manufacture Irise Crowns, all sales for crowns/hats are considered FINAL. No returns or exchanges shall be accepted.

*Please Note: Apparel must be returned un-scratched (shoes) with all tags and tissue in the original packaging. Apparel containing rips, holes, smudges, stains, smelling of smoke, or smelling of perfume/cologne will not be accepted. All tags and stickers must still be attached to all Irise Era Apparel when being returned for a refund or exchanged for (a) product(s) of the same value. Thank You.

*Please Note: Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges ) made after 7 days of confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or return neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
You must return the apparel to the address below within 7 days of the day you receive the package. PLEASE EMAIL RETURN.EXCHANGE@IRISEERAAPPAREL.COM to request your refund or exchange and specify your order number. We will email you a prepaid return label to be printed out on your end. After submitting your request, be sure to check your spam folder as well as your inbox.
